ALGIERS, Feb 10 - OPEC has agreed in principle to cut oil output by one million barrels a day, effective from April, an OPEC delegate told . The decision was taken by OPEC ministers during a closed session to address concerns about a fall in seasonal fuel demand in the second quarter of the year.
