MADRID, Feb 12 - Spain posted a trade deficit of 4.59 billion euros ($5.88 billion) in November, up 15.7 percent from the same month a year earlier, the Economy Ministry said on Thursday. For the first 11 months of the year the accumulated deficit was 41.98 billion euros, a rise of 13.9 percent in year-on-year terms.||
