LONDON, Feb 26 - House prices in Britain grew by 3.1 percent on the month in February to stand 17.1 percent higher than a year ago, the Nationwide Building Society said on Thursday. That was the strongest monthly rate of growth since April 2002. Last month, the lender said prices rose 0.7 percent on the month in January to be 14.3 percent higher than a year earlier.||
